What does IBEX Offer?
We offer Sea Kayaking and general paddling, Youth group and open canoes, lastly a Kayak experience for visitors or those new to kayaking.
How can I arrange to try out Kayaking?
You won’t know until you’ve tried
The best way of finding out whether you will enjoy paddling is to have a go. We will be offering several ‘Have a go’ opportunities. Two start of season sessions in the Pool on 13 april and 4th May. One linking in with the Brixham Sailing Club on Saturday 13th May at their
‘Push the Boat Out’ event. We will run additional have a go sessions on sea
We will also re-start the ‘Have a Go in a Sea Kayak’ sessions weekly from 1st June through to October.
British Canoeing Insurance allows 1 free taster session, with one of our qualified coaches, to help get you on the water. We will ask you to fill in a visitors form and bring it with you. You can download one from HERE.
What does membership include?
Membership includes access to all necessary equipment, changing area, Kayaks/Canoes and associated membership liability.
Can I store my kayak with the club.
Unfortunately we offer no boat storage.
