Kayak Experience 

If you are in South Devon for a short time or on holiday and you fancy a memorable and appropriate experience have a go at a mini-expedition around Brixham in a sea kayak.

 The Ibex Canoe Club runs these events every Thursday morning 10-12.30 from their club hut next to the Lifeboat House at the Brixham Breakwater. They have a small fleet of sea kayaks that are stable, straightforward and suitable for people with no previous experience. After a brief introduction the group of about six go for a paddle as far as wind and stamina allows accompanied by an experienced and qualified Coach and experienced support paddler. The aim is to explore and enjoy this special bit of the international Geopark coast in a way that you can only do in a kayak.

 Any questions can be answered by Ralph 07876 134029 along with confirmation of booking, pay on the day. Groups and families can negotiate to go out at different times and dates.

 We look forward to paddling with you and would appreciate it if you could phone the day before your expedition to check weather, what to wear, access and introduce yourselves.
