IBEX Canoe Club Brixham is a non profit making local club run by volunteers.
We have an enviable location on the harbour side in Brixham and aim to provide the equipment and expert tuition you need to safely take to the water in sea kayaks. The facilities and equipment are paid for by a members annual subscription fee plus fees charged for training courses.

Beginners Course Thursday group – Book here
A four week course starting on 18th April 2024
Introduction to the fundamental skills of kayaking. Two weeks at Brixham pool before moving to the Harbour to progress your skills in the sea for a further two weeks.
Improvers course Thursday group– Book here
A six week course based on the sea starting on 16th May
For those who have already done some paddling, equivalent to BCU 1 star or wish to progress from the beginners course.
